Elevation Search Solutions is actively seeking a VP of Sales who will be directly responsible for developing new business across the nation for a leading executive coaching management consulting firm based in Nashville, TN. Our client works with businesses to implement the Rockefeller Habits methodology. This role reports directly to the CEO.

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Converting leads and closing new business deals in an aggressive time-frame
  • Utilizing sales, communication, and analytical skills to close deals with prospects allowing you to build a strong continuous pipeline
  • Developing effective relationships externally to drive new business activities, and to execute effectively internally and cross functionally in the organization
  • Actively generating new business and having consistent followup with leads
  • Updating CRM system as the work is being done on a daily basis
  • Working with operations to align teams for implementation
  • Proactively managing monthly calendar
  • Demonstrating competitive differentiation
  • Understanding competitive market and continuously honing sales pitch to reflect our client’s value prop
  • Being a team player with coworkers

What You Need To Have:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in business development and account management, with a strong focus selling to CEOs
  • Great communicator, comfortable problem-solving, recommending solutions, selling to, influencing and building trust-based, value-added relationships with C-level entrepreneurial executives 
  • Prior experience in the Entrepreneurial C-Suite (or as a business owner) preferred
  • An entrepreneur spirit is a must
  • A consistently high achiever marked by perseverance, and a positive outlook in the face of challenges
  • Track record in achieving/exceeding revenue targets required
  • Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills
  • Intellectually curious and ambitious, always willing to learn and continuously improve
  • BS or BA Degree required
  • Proven ability to establish credibility quickly, willingness to take action, make decisions and lead
  • Team oriented, with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
