Senior Sales Account Executive - Greater New York

Are you a resourceful leader in the Healthcare industry with excellent communication skills who can drive the sales process? If so, Elevation Search Solutions' client is seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive, and we want to speak with you!

What You Will Be Doing:

·         Manage all aspects of a full sales cycle

·         Continuously build and maintain a high quality sales pipeline –  lead generation (including cold calling) required while also managing leads provided by inside sales team

·         Exceed quota on a quarterly and annual basis

·         Work with a team to design, plan, and implement a sales demonstration program, which includes determining objectives and designing demo scenarios.

·         Develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers in a team selling environment.

·         Communicate effectively with C-level prospects and customers

·         Maintain detailed notes on progress using Salesforce.com

·         Attend trade shows in your region and maintain relationships with current customers, while building relationships with key influencers in the Healthcare industry

What You Will Need To Have:

·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         6+ year’s sales experience with enterprise software, ideally within the healthcare vertical. EMR/EHR sales experience a plus

·         Experience creating and delivering robust territory plans to include call activity, marketing campaign, top account identification, quarterly forecasting, and pipeline management

·         Ability to cold call at the end user and executive level to create opportunities

·         Strong experience in new customer acquisition sales (versus account management) with evidence of exceeding quotas for several years

·         Experience with long sales cycles and larger sales contract values​

·         Salesforce knowledge and usage preferred

·         Contract and negotiation skills

·         Familiar with standard computer technologies (Saas) and architecture fundamentals preferred

·         Ability to travel 50% of the time
