If so, Elevation Search Solutions is actively seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative for a leading cloud software company serving retail and commercial fuel businesses (i.e. gas stations, fleet & logistics companies), and we want to speak with you!

What You Will Be Doing:

The Sales Development Representative will help grow the company’s presence and seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

  • Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns to discover sales opportunities
  • Outbound prospecting: combining cold calling, email, and social media campaigns to drive engagement and drive new leads into our pipeline (TOFU focus)
  • Working closely with our sales team to help drive key account engagement
  • Holding discovery calls to qualify leads and prospects to determine whether there is a sales opportunity using our qualification system in SFDC 
  • Continuing to develop new, innovative ways of engaging prospects 
  • Identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
  • Building long-term trusting relationships with customers
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
  • Learning the retail fuel industry and the competitive landscape

What You Need to Have:

  • BA/BS degree required – strong academic track record & extracurricular activities a plus
  • Show an aptitude for sales
  • Track record of achieving academically, at an internship, in sports, or extracurriculars
  • Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals, be agile and thrive in a team environment
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated

Nice To Have:

  • Previous experience in a technology sales environment as a BDR or SDR
