Elevation Search Solutions is actively seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast region. Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare IT company focused on delivering business intelligence solutions and service-line growth to their clients in the healthcare industry.
What will you be doing:
The Regional Sales Manager has the primary responsibility for developing new markets within their territory. The focus on new business requires a self-motivated, disciplined individual capable of managing the sales process through territory planning and prospecting activities such as campaigns, conferences and cold calling.
- Identify and develop leads among the target organizations
- Conduct meetings with prospects with the goal of securing contracts
- Responsible for building the necessary C-level relationships with both prospects and current customers within their territory to exceed annual quotas
- Manage the sales process from initial presentation through contract negotiations
- Develop, manage and continually evaluate territory business plan to execute on defined revenue targets
- Participate in trades shows, conference calls and corporate meetings
- Build and deliver effective sales presentations
- Maintain CRM system for pipeline accuracy
- Ability to travel 50%
What you need to have:
- 5+ years as a sales executive with demonstrated success in solution sales to C-level executives at health systems
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in managing relationship-driven sales cycle (9-12 months) with multiple decision makers
- Strong time management, organization, and presentation skills
- Proven experience working independently in a remote work environment
- Thrives in a high-growth, early-stage business
- Minimum bachelor level college degree
