What You Will Be Doing:

• Working with user community and IT department to identify and document software implementation opportunities.
• Designing, developing, implementing, and managing software solutions based on business requirements.
• Preparing and maintaining team documentation, knowledge-bases, department processes, and procedures.
• Creating and responding to help desk tickets related to tier 1 issues

What You Need To Have:

Required:

• Experience with web services and API’s
• Proficient in MySQL and MS SQL
• Ability to develop in object oriented languages including; Visual Basic and C#
• Excellent problem solving skills
• 3-5 years industry experience
• Ability to communicate vertically throughout the organization

Suggested:

• Front End Web Development using HTML5, CSS, and JS

Education:

• BS in Computer Science or other related field
