What will you be doing:
As the Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients in the Southeast area, delivering consulting services nationwide and, occasionally, internationally, and providing them with information security consulting services that are right for their business.
- Conduct Enterprise security assessments, risk assessments, and compliance assessments
- Deliver well developed technical plans and advice to clients
- Create policies, procedures and processes to support a mature security program
- Manage security assessment and gap analysis engagements and create reports and other relevant customer-facing documentation
- Engage in technical problem solving across multiple technologies; assist in developing new methods to apply to the situation
- Manage security incidents on behalf of clients
- Develop Incident Response Plans and conduct Table-Top Exercises
- Manage a delivery team to support client engagements
- Provide presales support for both Consulting and Managed Detection and Response offerings
- Write Statements of Work
- Respond to RFP/RFI/RFQ
What you need to have:
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
- At least 10 years of experience of information security consulting and familiar with all aspects of consulting delivery
- At least 10 years of experience in consultative selling experience to the executive level
- 5 years of experience working in or selling to one of the following industries healthcare, financial, energy, and other highly regulated environments
- CISSP, CISM, or other security certification
- Strong business development skills to work and drive professional services side of the business
