Elevation Search Solutions is actively seeking a Marketing/Digital Advertising Director for a rapidly growing, full-service patient recruitment and retention technology company! Our client is utilizing state-of-the-art technology that seamlessly connects patients to clinical trials.

This company’s mission is to change lives by helping new treatments come to market faster. They own and cultivate over 1,000 unique social media groups and pages that are dedicated to helping patients connect with other people who are suffering from the same medical condition.

What You Will Be Doing:

The Marketing/Digital Advertising Director will be responsible for leading our client’s patient advertising department by growing, improving, and enhancing their current department and personnel as well as bringing all their relevant experience and best practices to optimize conversions.

  • Analyzing data and metrics to improve and optimize advertisements as well as creatives and copy
  • Directing the department to improve results, including utilizing new creative approaches to solve problems and increase effectiveness
  • Understanding our business model and flow in order to create synergies between departments and strategic initiatives
  • Managing current team members, cultivating personnel, and establishing a sustainable and effective team structure
  • Creating and managing department budgets
  • Auditing current operational processes in order to improve workflows, create efficiencies, and identify weaknesses to be addressed
  • Being the “culture captain” for advertising team
  • Owning and having full responsibility for anything occurring within the department

What You Need To Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising
  • 5+ years of experience in social media, advertising, ecommerce, or web analytics
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional problem solving, analytical skills and written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced with G Suite environment
  • Experienced in B2C advertising
  • Experience optimizing current and new processes into sustainable workflows 
  • Digital advertising management experience of large-scale campaigns
  • Digital content marketing and social media development skills
  • Conversion and acquisition tactics as well as knowledge of cookie retargeting
  • Analytics and metric tracking
  • Creative content creation skills
  • Exceptional data reporting 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
