Elevation Search Solutions is actively seeking a Marketing Designer out of the Nashville market for a rapidly growing digital health company providing the world’s first online healthcare market place. What You Will Be Doing:

• Refining and applying company’s brand identity across patient, hospital, and partner-facing print and digital collateral.
• Telling cohesive visual narratives through print and digital mediums such as landing pages, email newsletters, banner ads, social media creative, brochures, posters, and presentations.
• Thinking holistically about branding and design experiences that extend beyond the confines of paper or screen.
• Demonstrating expertise in several types of design, while being unafraid to innovate across unfamiliar domains.
• Working with the marketing, sales, and executive team to understand their needs as they craft communication with hospitals and patients.
• Working in a hands-on, fast-faced, and collaborative environment using strong interpersonal and self-management skills.
• Collaborating with teammates in San Francisco and Nashville to develop consistent design practices across all brand channels.
• Finding opportunities to apply design thinking and leading the effort to see proposals through.
• Being an innovator, constantly on the lookout for up and coming as well as best-in-class practices in a particular space.

What You Need To Have:

• 2-4 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio of relevant work.
• Mastery of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Strong conceptual and technical visual skills.
• Strong familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch.
• Working knowledge of interactive/motion design and/or illustration.
