Elevation Search Solutions is actively seeking an Implementation Specialist for a fast-growing Healthcare IT company in the Nashville market! Overview:

The Implementation Specialist will work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Product Management teams, and play a critical role in defining the future implementation process. S/he will have the opportunity to play with a number of analytical tools and leverage technology to develop a streamlined process that can scale, which will significantly impact the business.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Working with VP of Implementation and Implementation Manager to streamline implementation process.
• Project managing all hospital implementations.
• Developing scope of the project for each implementation and complete mapping utilizing existing tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Assisting in development of implementation KPIs and goals and leveraging existing tools (e.g., Salesforce) to measure against established KPIs and improve implementation efficiency.
• Working cross-functionally to establish reporting standards.
• Interviewing Sales and Account Management teams to identify areas for improvement.
• Utilizing knowledge and expertise in past implementations to influence go-forward implementation strategy.
• Key team member in developing a scalable playbook of implementation best practices, automated with technology where possible.
• Establishing processes for successful user training.
• Building out hospital and provider profiles and taking procedures live on the company website utilizing internal tools.
• Keeping salesforce entries up to date.
• Working with hospital to gather payment information, W9, and emails of staff who will need access.
• Working with hospital to gather email addresses for remit reports.
• Setting up all users with direct access.
• Assuring that all staff have activated their accounts and are certified via company training videos
• Introducing company platform to contracted providers’ billing staff.
• Assuring that billing staff for contracted providers--i.e. radiologists, pathologists, anesthesiologists, emergency physicians--are set up for remit reports.
• Assuring that contracted provider groups have a company payer code so that patients do not receive bills for professional fees.
• Ordering marketing materials to be onsite by day of go live.
• Taking hospitals live in company CMS.
• Editing and Updating procedures as needed.
• Keeping company training course up to date, which includes video editing.
• Conducting User webinars as needed.

What You Need To Have:

• 5+ years of work experience implementing EHR (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
• Former hospital, EHR, and / or revenue cycle experience is required.
• Hyper-analytical and passionate about testing, data, and metrics; expertise with PowerPoint and Excel and comfort designing Salesforce workflows is a must.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up environment.
• Monitor and report implementation metrics to continually improve performance.
• Strong business intuition and ability to understand complex business systems.
• The ability to clearly communicate complex results to business partners.
• A high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand.
• A willingness to learn new technologies on the job.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Science, Economics, Business, or a related technical field.
