Elevation Search Solutions is actively seeking an Implementation Manager for a fast-growing Healthcare IT company in the Nashville market! Overview: The Implementation Manager will work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Product Management teams, and play a critical role in defining the future implementation process. They will have the opportunity to play with a number of analytical tools and leverage technology to develop a streamlined process that can scale, which will significantly impact the business.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Working with VP of Implementation to create implementation best practices, streamlining existing processes and mentor junior team members
- Project managing all hospital implementations
- Developing implementation KPIs and goals and leveraging existing tools (e.g., Salesforce) to measure against established KPIs and improve implementation efficiency
- Determining the set of tools, automation, and processes needed to scale implementations with business growth
- Working cross-functionally to establish reporting standards
- Interviewing Sales and Account Management teams to identify areas for improvement
- Assigning business owners to each step of the implementation process
- Utilizing knowledge and expertise in past implementations to influence go-forward implementation strategy
- Developing a scalable playbook of implementation best practices, automated with technology where possible
What You Need To Have:
- 7+ years of work experience in process engineering, management consulting, project management, or healthcare IT
- Former hospital, EHR, and / or revenue cycle experience is required
- Hyper-analytical and passionate about testing, data, and metrics; expertise with Excel and comfort designing Salesforce workflows is a must
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up environment
- Monitor and report implementation metrics to continually improve performance
- Strong business intuition and ability to understand complex business systems
- The ability to clearly communicate complex results to business partners
- A high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
- A willingness to learn new technologies on the job
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Science, Economics, Business, or a related technical field
