What you will be doing:
- Compose reports, memos, letters and other documents
- Establish and maintain confidential and operational files for the Executive Team.
- Gather information and develop summaries as requested.
- Prepare materials and schedule meetings and presentations for senior executives (e.g. documents, video conferencing, and other logistics)
- Index and file documents, make copies.
- Schedule and manage travel itineraries.
- Plan appointments and coordinate events for company executives.
- Answer phones and screens phone calls, assists and directs callers and takes messages.
- Work with information that is highly confidential, strategic and critical in nature.
What you need to have:
- Strong computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint. High level competency with Excel required.
- Must be very well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multi-task with great follow-up skills.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills, and able to work with strict deadlines.
- Must possess superior judgment, professionalism, and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding internal business matters
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve matters.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative role supporting senior level managers
- Strong acumen with office management principles and technologies.

- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Must be flexible to work extended hours as needed.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration
