Elevation Search Solutions is actively seeking a Director of Technology and Product Delivery for the Nashville market. Our client is an early stage behavioral health company utilizing state-of-the-art online education theory to deliver precision training videos around mental health, substance use, and suicide prevention. The Director of Technology and Product Delivery will report to the Chief Executive Officer.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for the design and management of SaaS/ Cloud-based applications
- Leverage AWS and/or Google to properly scale cloud applications securely
- Provide technical consultation as well as expertise to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage joint development with 3rd party vendors as well as outsourced development
- Work heavily with eLearning platforms and/or courseware and help define the tools to be used for content creation and management
- Create and manage a video distribution infrastructure for video library
- Manage corporate web site and tools to help design and rapidly deploy new marketing campaigns in partnership with the marketing team
- Deploy web analytics tools to track user experience and inform design of future marketing campaigns
- Coordinate closely with the Tagging and SEO and CRM to ensure that consistent analytics and deep insight are achieved across all touchpoints for all campaigns
- Hires, trains, develops, and appraises IT staff appropriately
- Help improve team processes and handle resource tribulations if any
- Interact with different members to ensure successful delivery of product
- Address and escalate issues and anticipated risks while facilitating change management
- Keeps up-to-date on information and technology affecting functional areas of the business to increase innovation and optimize services provided to customer
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Information Systems, IT, Computing Science or Engineering with an information technology focus
- 5 or more years of experience managing technology and product delivery in a rapidly growing company
- 5 or more years of eLearning industry experience
- ecommerce experience
- Experience with working with survey-type tools to collect & analyze user feedback
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability/willingness to roll up sleeves

- Experience in implementing and maintaining applications, including helping to define requirements, evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and the full delivery of the solution
- Prior experience in managing technical staff as well as technology partners and vendors
