Are you a forward-thinking, collaborative executive eager to join a rapidly growing Telehealth company taking patient communication to the next level? If so, Elevation Search Solutions is actively seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships, and we would love to speak with you! This is an individual contributor role that reports to the President/Chief Product Officer.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Identifying, validating, and on-boarding new channel partners.
  • Managing sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
  • Coordinating with partnerships to create and executive business plans to meet sales goals.
  • Analyzing market trends and accordingly developing sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Evaluating partner sales performance and recommending improvements.
  • Educating partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
  • Addressing partner related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Managing sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Developing positive working relationship with partners to build business.
  • Staying current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Communicating up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
  • Developing process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
  • Working with partners to develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricings.
  • Delivering customer presentations and attending sales meetings and partner conferences.
  • Assisting in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional activities.
  • Aligning, coordinating, and educating internal stakeholders for each phase of partnership development; including Executive Team approval to move forward with a completed business case.

What You Need To Have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in the healthcare technology domain.  
  • 5+ years of experience working with technology, provider, and payer partners.
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative selling to the C-suite.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the EHR market.
  • Contracting experience.
  • Curious mindset, will to win, and collaborative spirit.
  • Telehealth experience preferred.
  • Startup experience preferred.
  • Hubspot experience preferred.
