What You Will Be Doing:
- Formalizing a vendor partner model across IT services and functions – infrastructure, IT operations, cybersecurity, and business applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc)
- Managing partnerships, integrating systems, and maintaining architectural standards to create a comprehensive IT platform for company.
- Coordinating vendor resources and consultants, demonstrating experience negotiating, budgeting, monitoring, and procuring this work.
- Improving business systems by streamlining processes and aligning resources that support the ERP and integrated applications.
- Ensuring vendor and internal support of business applications.
- Defining system ownership – technical and business owners—for each system.
- Establishing a process of building a backlog for required functionality.
- Ensuring all systems have a documented and tested disaster recovery plan.
- Building partnership with business owners to identify opportunities to improve the operations of business systems while operating within the IT budget.
- Enhancing IT operations
- Creating a culture of continuous improvement in the helpdesk function and measuring internal satisfaction with IT operations.
- Measuring and improving uptime and performance of IT systems.
- Proactively reporting IT operations KPIs to business leaders.
- Formalizing and automating data center and cloud operations.
- Improving the information security program
- Collaborating with executive leaders to establish a risk-management approach to setting information security priorities.
- Creating and reporting KPIs for information securing program maturing.
- Assessing and mitigating cybersecurity risks to prevent breaches of the company’s data and improper access to confidential information.
- Evaluating, building, and leading an IT team across infrastructure & operations, business applications, and cybersecurity.
- Serving as a partner to business leaders by understanding the capabilities that they need to operate more efficiently and achieve their objectives.

What You Need To Have:
- 10+ years of working in IT solutions design and operations. Preferably in multi-site manufacturing and supply chain business.
- 5+ years of team management experience.
- Demonstrated success with process mapping and ERP workflow optimization.
- Experience working closely with business leaders in finance and operations.
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating vendor contracts for IT services.
- Proven experience managing vendors, infrastructure and operations, and enterprise system deployments.
- Project management experience.
- Direct experience managing disparate tech and data platforms.
- Experience in risk assessments and an understanding of cybersecurity.
- Wiling to travel as needed.
- Willingness to jump in where needed and a flexibility to evolve strategy and execution as organizational needs change.

- Experience with Azure cloud operations and cloud architectures
- Experience with the IT operations of a global business
- Experience with GDPR and international data privacy and security regulations
- Experience with Sage X3 ERP
- Experience in cold chain logistics in the pharmaceutical industry
