Elevation Search Solutions is actively seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales for a rapidly growing Healthcare-IT company focused on delivering a world class communication platform to health care clients across the nation.

What you will be doing:

The Director of Enterprise Sales has the primary responsibility for developing new markets across the US. The focus on new business requires a self-motivated, disciplined individual capable of managing the sales process through territory planning and prospecting activities such as campaigns, conferences and cold calling.

  • Identifying and developing leads among the target organizations.
  • Conducting meetings with prospects with the goal of securing contracts.
  • Building the necessary C-level relationships with both prospects and current customers within their territory to exceed annual quotas.
  • Managing the sales process from initial presentation through contract negotiations.
  • Developing, managing, and continually evaluating sales business plan to execute on defined revenue targets.
  • Participating in trades shows, conference calls, and corporate meetings.
  • Building and delivering effective sales presentations.
  • Maintaining CRM system for pipeline accuracy.
  • Managing and motivating inside sales.
  • Ability to travel 50%.

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years as a sales executive with demonstrated success in solution sales to C-level executives in health care .
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in managing relationship-driven sales cycle with multiple decision makers.
  • Strong time management, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience working independently in a remote work environment.
  • Thrives in a high-growth, early-stage business.
  • Minimum bachelor level college degree.
