What You Will Be Doing:
- Prospecting to identify new potential clients, including development of leads, cold calling, conferences, and networking.
- Managing pipeline of opportunity with prospective clients and venture capital or private equity partners.
- Spearheading the negotiation and contracting process.
- Partnering with client hiring manager and/or investors to gain a deep understanding of the client’s business, strategy, and culture.
- Developing targeted executive search or team build-out talent campaigns tailored to the client’s needs.
- Working closely with Elevation recruiter to execute each search, completing internal interview process, and delivering a pool of top talent to the client.
- Facilitating subsequent external interviews with client.
- Communicating regularly with client to ensure an efficient interview and feedback workflow.
- Facilitating candidate offer and negotiation process.
- Completing all pipeline and sales data within database promptly.
What You Need To Have:
- 3-5 years in a consultative sales role with demonstrated success in services sales.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding growth targets.
- An entrepreneurial, curious spirit.
- The desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Minimum Bachelor level degree required.
