If so, Elevation Search Solutions is actively seeking a Content Strategy Manager for a fast-growing technology company uniting behavior science with AI to drive individual actions through hyper-personalizing the patient engagement ecosystem.
What You Will Be Doing:

Strategically, systematically documenting internal processes by updating a content playbook and creating design strategy, health best practices, and standard operating procedures.

Actively evolving the content model to support client-variable content while maintaining the core behavioral science and machine learning components.

Utilizing the content management system (CMS) to store, organize, update, and refine content.

Championing the client-facing content activation process, including coaching clients on content review and CMS navigation.

Reviewing and reconciling feedback/ client tailoring, maintaining quality standards and program requirements, and leading process improvements.

Identifying customer pain points & opportunities while continuously optimizing content.

Pursuing data enhancements to drive progressive insights into content performance.

Collaborating with product managers to ensure platforms deliver the functionality required to create perfect experiences.

Representing the content team to clients, both internal and external. Acting as the cross-functional communication leader between the Content Team & other teams — scheduling meetings, finding answers to questions, etc

Collaborating with the Applications Team to inform improvements to the CMS.

Overseeing the execution of the Content Team's work and ensuring delivery of value to the customer—providing the Content Team with feedback, recommendations, and strategy suggestions.

Supporting the creation of content requirements for new behavior change solutions while reviewing and refining existing content requirements.

Creating behavioral science-informed content for internal and external clients. (Email, SMS, and push messages, chatbots, landing pages, client-facing and internal documentation, consulting reports, call center scripts, and marketing collateral).

Editing content based on feedback from internal and external (client) reviewers, brand guidelines, or clinical considerations.
What You Need To Have:

3 – 5 years of experience in content development, management and strategy.

Team leadership experience either with direct reports or in a team lead capacity.

Experience with content management systems (CMS).

Active demonstration of support for the creation of compelling and informative copy and content.

Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field of study.

Experience working with and managing external and internal contributors.

Interest in implementing information architecture and translating or transcreating content into multiple languages.

Preferred prior experience creating content subject to review by regulatory bodies (e.g., content subject to FDA compliance or client organization review boards).

The ability and desire to lead and manage a small team of content designers and visual designers

Interest in science, healthcare, technology, data, or machine learning.
