What You Will Be Doing:
- Owning the full sales cycle and driving new business relationships with decision makers in the SMB retail & commercial fuel segment on a national level.
- Consistently achieving monthly and quarterly quota expectations.
- Cold Calling, prospecting new business, making outbound calls, attending industry trade shows.
- Demoing company software to prospective retail fuel and compliance managers.
- Testing different tactics and channels to optimize the sales process.
- Providing accurate forecasts for individual revenue.
- Ensuring accurate data entry for clientele contacted on Salesforce.
What You Need To Have:
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a BDR/SDR role.
- 1+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong end-to-end ownership attitude from prospecting, demonstrations, to closing.
- Coachability and an ability to remain adaptable in a fast-growing environment.
- Willingness to learn and open to embracing continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and natural ability to convey and relate ideas to others.
- A win-as-a-team mentality.
- Experience selling software solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with other sales-enablement technology (Salesloft, Gong).
- Bachelor's Degree required.
