Elevation Search Solutions is actively seeking an Account Executive for a rapidly growing Telehealth company transforming patient engagement for healthcare across the nation! Are you proactive, mission-driven, and looking to make an impact in healthcare? If so, we would love to speak with you!

What You Will Be Doing:

The Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle and be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads, delivering compelling product demos, and closing deals with small and mid-sized organizations on a national level.

  • Conducting proactive outreach by applying a multi-touch process and using a best-practice cadence to connect with new prospects and grow your sales funnel.
  • Self-generating opportunities and following up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Making 50-75 outbound prospecting calls daily to find opportunities/qualify prospects.
  • Utilizing smart, targeted qualification questions to speak knowledgeably with key contacts, decision-makers within Optometry, Chiropractic, Veterinarian, and Dental fields, identifying potential sales opportunities.
  • Becoming a Telehealth platform expert and delivering compelling demos virtually as well as in-person at various tradeshows and conferences.
  • Understanding and capturing prospect’s challenges/needs and effectively communicating value in solving those challenges.
  • Quickly creating quotes for prospects and closing deals in a timely manner.
  • Documenting and logging all activities in Hubspot CRM.

What You Need To Have:

  • 3-4 years of Healthcare Technology sales experience in medical and/or dental markets.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle and proven past success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Confidence selling in both 1:1 and 1:many situations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and interest in being a part of a small team, rapidly iterating on your approach to unlocking opportunities, and getting your hands dirty to sell.
  • Competitive nature and a will to succeed in a target-driven environment.
  • Expert prospecting and follow-up skills.
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, willingness to learn and be coached.
  • Excellent time management capabilities and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience working independently in a remote work environment, utilizing technology tools for team communication and customer outreach.
  • Positive, intelligent, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
  • Minimum bachelor level college degree.
